How to use this tool
Workflow for sublimation tumblers:
  1. Pick the preset that matches your blank β€” or enter custom dimensions.
  2. Note the recommended design size. Build your PNG at that exact size in Affinity Designer, Photoshop, Kittl, or wherever. Place artwork as if wrapping a straight rectangle; the warp handles the curve.
  3. Upload the PNG and hit Generate. Download the warped template.
  4. Print on sublimation paper at the same DPI you generated at.
Notes:
  • Tapered output is an annular sector ("fan") on a transparent background β€” your printer will only ink the curved area.
  • Verify dimensions against your actual blanks before bulk production; manufacturers vary 0.05–0.1" between batches.
  • For seamless wrap-around designs, make sure your source PNG's left and right edges match β€” they meet on the tumbler.
Shapes this tool can't handle
This tool produces a single-piece template. It works for straight cylinders and simple cones (uniform taper top to bottom). It does not handle compound shapes:

For compound-shape blanks like the Stanley Quencher and knockoffs, you'll need a 3-piece template β€” sources like Stainless Depot or Bulk Mockup sell them per-shape.
